Finding gluten free deep dish pizza is very hard, most places just go with the thin crust because its much easier. But not the Slice Shop! Their gluten free barbecue chicken deep dish square pizza was outstanding! The two of us polished four squares in negative time. The gluten free crust was virtually indistinguishable from regular crust. The toppings were delicious. The two sauces were generous and made this an appropriately messy experience. Well be back! ”
“ I live nearby and go here often. Ive tried most of the menu and Im a huge fan. My favorite square pizza is the butter chicken. They do a good job of a flavorful sauce thats very satisfying with the sourdough. I thought it was a great balance where the sauce is thick enough to mesh with the bread very well. I almost always get their buffalo wings. Theyre very crispy and the sauce is tangy. I like that the wings are fried and not baked at some lower quality pizza spots. Their Italian sandwich is a good lunch pickup also. ”
